What is research use only (RUO)?
Research Use Only means our compounds are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory research. They are not approved for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition or disease.
Do I need to be 21 to purchase?
Yes. All purchases require you to be 21 years of age or older. By completing checkout you confirm this.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory. COAs are available upon request at ops@ridgeline-research.com.
How do I store my compounds?
Store lyophilized peptides at -20°C upon receipt. Keep away from light and moisture. Do not freeze-thaw repeatedly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Domestic delivery typically 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect contact us within 48 hours at ops@ridgeline-research.com with your order number and photos.
How do I request a COA?
Email ops@ridgeline-research.com with your order number and the batch you need documentation for. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Are you affiliated with any medical or pharmaceutical company?
No. Ridgeline Research LLC is an independent research compound supplier. We are not a pharmacy, medical provider, or pharmaceutical company.
