All sales are final. Ridgeline Research LLC sells research compounds intended strictly for laboratory and in vitro research purposes only. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ops@ridgeline-research.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review on a case-by-case basis and issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Ridgeline Research LLC is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
